B7.2 Floating Pavilion

a kite canopy and pavilion is created in Taiwan by Shen Ting Tseng architects. The pavilion is located on the edge of an urban center. The piece was created to encourage people to loiter and wait in the plaza in front of the museum entrance. The piece mitigates the unbearable winds and sun that the area experiences.
